Martabak is basically a boreg or somekind of a pastry dish, there is other kinds like martabak coklat and martabak keju , which has chocolate and cheese in them. The real Martabak Telor though, doesn’t use spring rolls and is harder to make and requires more tools. This recipe is modified for convenience for people living abroad…and plus..it tastes as delicious as the original one! …
